Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Category Manager for Global Sourcing and Procurement to partner with retail functions such as Loss Prevention, Supplies, Facility Management Services and Supply Chain to develop and execute sourcing events and negotiate strategies.

You’ll lead regional and global sourcing initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost savings through strategic sourcing, contract development, and demand management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, procurement, and retail operations.
• Experience with regional/global sourcing and supplier management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support regional and global sourcing events with high complexity.
• Develop and execute category strategies and negotiation plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams in strategy implementation.
• Collaborate with business partners to drive value and cost savings.
• Manage contracts in line with TJX approvals and audits.
• Monitor savings, spend, and performance metrics.
• Develop and coach associates for future growth.
