Job summary

Goodwin’s Global Operations Team seeks a Digital & Technology CRM Co-op to support the Client Relationship Management Tool. You’ll contribute to client-facing data initiatives, gain exposure to legal marketing and client development, and help build training materials and dashboards.

As a Co-op, you’ll work with cross-functional teams, learn Power Platform, and support data governance initiatives while developing strong analytical and communication skills in a fast-paced, global setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis and client-facing data initiatives.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Experience in marketing, information technology, or professional services environments preferred.
• Co-op or internship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis.
• Data entry, validation and remediation.
• End‑user functional support.
• Create and update training materials and business process flow documentation.
• Create and update dashboards and reports.
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics system administration and the Power Platform.
• Exposure to databases and system integrations.
