Job summary

Macy’s seeks a Manager, External Partnerships to drive the Partner Center Strategy for offshore and onshore vendor operations. This role manages day-to-day partner relationships and aligns performance, customer experience, and efficiency with Macy’s goals.

You will coordinate with internal teams across Selling, Customer Experience, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Support to ensure governance, readiness, and a high-performing partner network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university preferred; 1–2 years of related experience.
• Ability to perform essential job functions including communication, collaboration, and use of office systems.
• Flexible schedule based on department and company needs.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of Macy’s Partner Center strategy across offshore and onshore vendors.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for external partners and manage communications.
• Monitor partner performance across channels and track key metrics.
• Coordinate onboarding of new partner sites and expansion efforts.
• Prepare materials for governance routines and business reviews.
