Macy's is a storied American retailer inviting an Admin, Partner Center, Contracts & Citi to join a dynamic team. The role focuses on supervising partner performance, data analysis, and driving process improvements that support Macy's and Bloomingdale's operations.

You will develop reporting, train staff, and collaborate across departments to enhance customer and partner experiences while upholding brand standards. A proactive, data-driven approach will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate and present information effectively to customers and partners.
• Ability to plan and execute strategies.
• Flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
• Some travel may be required/available based on business need; potential for international travel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise partners and manage performance through trend analysis, process audits, and reinforcement strategies.
• Maintain relationships and communicate regularly with internal and external partner center teams and Macy's departments.
• Manage technology, systems, and access to ensure accurate data and reporting.
• Collaborate and innovate through regular analysis of external benchmarks.
• Train, supervise, coach, and develop Partner Center staff; monitor staffing adherence; provide input on performance evaluations.
• Advocate for brand experience enhancement and improve customer/vendor colleague experiences for Macy's and Bloomingdale's.
• Innovate with partners to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure regular attendance and punctuality.
• Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships.
