Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4–6 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in strategic partnerships or business development is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic commercial partnerships with global chemical suppliers and technology providers, including contract negotiations and long-term agreements.
• Negotiate and manage licensing, royalty, and technology collaboration agreements.
• Drive commercial reviews, pricing strategies, and risk assessments of supplier and partner contracts.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to develop supplier ecosystems, commercialization roadmaps, and strategic growth initiatives.
