Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a senior leader to govern assets, resources, and processes for a designated customer portfolio within the life sciences sector. You will lead global project teams, shape the customer program, and ensure adherence to operational norms and strategic objectives.

You will drive governance, engage cross-functional teams, manage metrics and milestones, and act as the primary liaison for the account. Strong leadership and negotiation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 15 years in pharmaceutical, CRO, or related industry; experience in clinical operations, CRA, Commercial or other operational function required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of contractual obligations and customer accounts.
• Excellent motivation, team building and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, direction and support to business initiatives for designated customer portfolio.
• Lead member of the strategic Account Management team; oversee SAM initiatives.
• Direct the designated customer account globally to provide leadership oversight to project teams.
• Develop and manage the operations manual for the designated customer account across product development projects.
• Accountable for governance, engagement rules, and operational norms.
• Manage delivery against metrics, milestones and contract obligations (quality, time, finance).
• Serve as primary operational management contact globally to the designated customer; ensure communication channels and expectations are maintained.
• Lead review of customer pipeline, opportunities and forecasts for resource planning.
• Act as key relationship manager; implement action plans for client management issues.
• Participate in customer Operations and Governance Committee(s).
• Contribute to sales initiatives: proposals, budgets, feasibility and impact on operations.
• Ensure enterprise alignment with global customer best practices and IQVIA transformations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
