Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. seeks a Senior Principal Global Account Manager for Consumer segment to lead global account strategy, drive design wins, and grow revenue through executive engagement across engineering, product management, sourcing and operations.

You will coordinate internal resources, build trusted relationships across levels, and shape roadmaps with a broad portfolio spanning sensing, power, connectivity, and edge intelligence to deliver long-term customer success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (technical degree preferred).
10+ years of experience in Global Account Management, Strategic Account Management, Business Development, or semiconductor sales.
Proven ability to develop and execute multi-year account strategies within highly technical customer environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the global account strategy to achieve revenue growth and long-term engagement.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships across engineering, sourcing, operations, and product leadership.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive opportunity development, design wins, and issue resolution.
Coordinate internal ADI resources to support design wins, revenue growth, and customer success.
