Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in Global Account Management, Strategic Account Management, Business Development, or semiconductor sales.
• Proven success managing large, complex strategic accounts and driving sustained revenue growth.
• Strong executive presence with communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global account strategy to achieve revenue growth, share gains, strategic design wins, and long-term customer engagement.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships that foster trust, collaboration, and sustained business growth.
• Lead strategic account planning, including opportunity management, account reviews, forecasting, pipeline development, and design-win tracking.
• Identify opportunities to expand engagement across existing and emerging customer programs and business units.
• Drive commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, long-term agreements, and business planning activities.
• Coordinate a unified global strategy across all customer organizations and geographies.
