Tory Burch is seeking a strong retail leader to partner with the GM/AGM, shaping a productive team and delivering an extraordinary customer experience. You will develop staff selling and service skills, oversee daily store operations, and ensure the business thrives with an authentic approach.

You will drive sales targets, nurture clientele relationships, and build a world-class team, while maintaining flexibility for a demanding schedule and occasional travel.

Qualificações

• Undergraduate degree (business or fashion related discipline a plus).
• 2-4 years of management experience in a luxury or service driven environment.
• Prior experience as a manager a plus.
• Proven track record of success.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time

• You are a critical leadership partner to the GM and/or AGM, guiding and growing the store staff.
• Partner with the leadership team to create a highly productive environment with extraordinary customer experiences.
• Develop and maintain staff selling and service skills and manage day-to-day operations.
• Monitor team sales targets and metrics, develop clientele relationships, set goals, and uphold high standards of excellence.
• Build a world-class talent team to deliver a top retail experience.
