Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a Store Leader to work closely with the GM/AGM, guiding the team to deliver an extraordinary client experience and drive business growth.

You will develop selling and service skills, oversee daily operations, and lead with an authentic approach that reflects Tory Burch values.

A 2–4 year management background in luxury or service-driven settings is required, plus an undergraduate degree; flexible schedule and lift requirements apply.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of management experience in a luxury or service-driven environment.
• Undergraduate degree in business or fashion is a plus.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
