Job summary

CAC I International is seeking a Storage Services Lead to direct a global storage operations team supporting DIA. The role focuses on ensuring storage availability and performance across SAN, NAS, object storage, and cloud environments, with DR/COOP preparedness and security controls.

The candidate will collaborate with internal engineers and government stakeholders, manage SLAs, and drive continuous service improvements throughout the SDLC life cycle.

Qualifications

• Must lead technical teams and manage SLAs with engineering/government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leads storage team for global 24/7 ops and break/fix for SAN, NAS, object, cloud storage
• Liaises with engineering and government stakeholders to refine requirements, ensure SLA compliance, and ensure system availability
• Deploys and maintains storage technologies (Brocade, Data Domain, Dell FluidFS, NetApp, Dell Storage Center) during SDLC
• Monitors provisioning, configuration, security, throughput; analyzes SLA metrics for optimal utilization
• Directs backups, replication, verification, and restore; leads DR and COOP exercises
• Oversees patch management and data security at rest/in transit; manages POA&M for cybersecurity
• Manages transfer to production via Blue/Green fielding; develops test cases and LAB validation
• Oversees CDRLs, drives CSI, maintains SOPs
