Job summary

Oracle is seeking an experienced Quality Program Manager to lead the Global Stop Ship and Purge program across our hardware supply chain. You will coordinate containment, investigation, remediation, and recovery for quality events, ensuring rigorous controls and audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing high-priority quality events end-to-end.

• Ability to lead complex programs with multiple orgs under tight timelines.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and drive actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executives.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Oracle’s Global Stop Ship and Purge program for hardware products and supply-chain quality events.
• Lead lifecycle of critical quality issues from containment to closure.
• Establish decision gates for stopping, purging, and restarting products.
• Coordinate rapid-response activities across manufacturing, engineering, product, and logistics.
• Ensure events follow consistent processes, tools, and approvals.
• Maintain traceability and audit-ready records of actions taken.
• Lead training on root cause and corrective action methods.
• Partner with external manufacturers to investigate concerns and track remediation.
• Engage with teams and customers to identify quality trends and improvements.
• Define and report quality metrics and program health to leadership.
• Present risks and recovery plans to senior leadership.
• Use VOC and field data to improve products and outcomes.
• Strengthen quality-management systems and global response processes.
• Manage initiatives end to end with schedules, risks, and milestones.
