Job summary

Oracle in Houston seeks an experienced Quality Program Manager to lead the Global Stop Ship and Purge program across our hardware supply chain. This role coordinates containment, investigations, remediation, and safe restoration of operations with cross-functional teams to minimize impact on customers and data centers.

You will drive end-to-end quality program leadership, establish clear gates, and maintain audit-ready records while collaborating with manufacturing, engineering, and field

Qualifications

• Quality program-management experience in manufacturing or hardware.
• Leadership of high-priority quality events from containment to release.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and corrective actions.
• Experience with external manufacturers and suppliers.
• Ability to lead complex programs across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Oracle’s Global Stop Ship and Purge program for hardware products.
• Lead lifecycle of critical quality issues: containment, investigation, corrective action, and closure.
• Establish decision gates for stopping, holding, purging, releasing, and restarting products.
• Coordinate rapid-response Tiger Team activities across functions.
• Ensure events are managed with documentation, approvals, and escalation paths.
• Maintain traceability and audit-ready records of quality actions.
