Job summary

Oracle is seeking an experienced Quality Program Manager to lead the Global Stop Ship and Purge program across our hardware supply chain. You will own the lifecycle of critical quality events, establishing gates for stopping, containment, and release while coordinating rapid-response teams across manufacturing, engineering, and data-center operations.

You will drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement to protect customers and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-priority quality events from containment through release.
• Deep knowledge of quality management systems and audit traceability.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including external manufacturers and suppliers.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and drive actions.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Oracle’s Global Stop Ship and Purge program for hardware products.
• Lead the lifecycle of quality issues: containment, investigation, corrective action, and closure.
• Establish decision gates for stopping, holding, purging, and restarting products in supply chain.
• Coordinate rapid-response teams across manufacturing, engineering, product, logistics, and data-center teams.
• Maintain traceability and audit-ready records of quality events and actions.
• Provide leadership in root cause analysis and corrective action training.
