Job summary

SoFi is seeking a Stock Plan Administrator to advance our equity programs. You will own the ESPP lifecycle, ensure compliance, and drive global expansion while partnering with Payroll, Tax, Legal, and People teams. A strong Excel/Fidelity NetBenefits background is essential, with 3–5 years in equity administration.

Hybrid collaborative role focusing on mobility compliance, SOP reductions, and educating employees on LTI and ESPP opportunities. Bachelor’s degree required; CEP/ECA a plus.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in Public Company Equity Administration.
  • Comprehensive exposure to full-value awards (RSU/PSU) and ESPP lifecycles.
  • Deep familiarity with Fidelity NetBenefits (SPS) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; CEP or ECA designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of our Employee Stock Purchase Plan, from enrollment to global expansion.
  • Act as primary reviewer/approver for day-to-day operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead special projects, including automation of manual processes and system integrations.
  • Operationalize employee mobility tax sourcing in partnership with People Team, Payroll, and vendors.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design educational campaigns about LTI and ESPP opportunities.
