Job summary

SoFi is seeking a Stock Plan Administrator to elevate our equity program beyond data entry. You’ll own the ESPP end‑to‑end, ensure flawless and compliant operations, and drive global expansion with a focus on scalable processes.

You will partner with the People Team, Payroll, and external vendors to implement mobility tax strategies, automate workflows, and educate employees on the value of LTI and ESPP opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Public Company Equity Administration with exposure to RSU/PSU and ESPP lifecycles.
• Proficient with Fidelity NetBenefits (SPS) and advanced Excel modeling to catch errors early.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CEP or ECA designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the ESPP, from enrollment/withdrawal to contribution reconciliations and global expansion.
• Act as primary reviewer/approver for day‑to‑day operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Lead projects that automate manual flows, integrate systems, and reduce SOPs.
• Operationalize employee mobility tax sourcing in partnership with People Team, Payroll, and vendors.
• Translate complex concepts into simple guidance and deliver educational campaigns about LTI and ESPP opportunities.
