The industry is going through an unprecedented transformation, and we’re at the forefront. We’re proud to come to work every day knowing that what we do has a direct impact on people’s lives, with our core values guiding us every step of the way.

Join us to invest in yourself, your career, and the financial world.

The Role:

At SoFi, our mission is to help our members achieve financial independence. To do that, we start with our own team. We are looking for a Stock Plan Administrator who is ready to move beyond basic data entry and step into a role defined by oversight, global scaling, and strategic compliance.

This isn't just about maintaining the status quo; it’s about driving the evolution of our equity ecosystem. You will be a primary driver of expanding our global ESPP, a key partner in operationalizing mobility compliance, and a guardian of our equity administration integrity. If you are a process-driven critical thinker who thrives on getting the data right while building the next big thing, you belong here.

The Impact You’ll Make:

Master the ESPP Universe: Take full ownership of our Employee Stock Purchase Plan, from enrollment and withdrawal to contribution reconciliations and global expansion.

Operational Oversight: Act as the primary reviewer and approver for day-to-day operations, ensuring our Stock Plan Analyst’s work is flawless and compliant.

Drive Innovation: Lead special projects that matter, including automation of manual flows, system integrations, and reducing SOPs for manual work.

Global Mobility & Compliance: Operationalize SoFi’s employee mobility tax sourcing methodology, in partnership with the People Team, Payroll, and external vendors.

Empower SoFi Employees: Translate the complex into simple. Partner with the Senior Manager, Global Equity to design and deliver educational campaigns that help our employees truly understand the value of their LTI and ESPP opportunities.

What You’ll Need:
The Essentials:

Experience: 3-5 years in Public Company Equity Administration. Comprehensive exposure to full-value awards (primarily RSU & PSU) and ESPP lifecycles. The Tech Stack: Deep familiarity with Fidelity NetBenefits (SPS) and an advanced Excel skillset (you don't just use VLOOKUPs; you build models that catch errors before they happen). Credentials: A Bachelor’s degree is required; CEP or ECA designation is a plus.

The X-Factors:

Critical Thinker: You don't just follow a checklist; you look for the why and the how we can do this better.

Bilingual (English/Spanish): A huge plus as we look toward further global engagement.

The Tech Stack: Familiarity with Alteryx, Python, SQL, or another language to drive process automation.

Resourceful & Accountable: You operate with an owner's mindset. You manage your own deadlines and take pride in the accuracy of your output.

Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in working across departments (Payroll, Tax, Legal, etc.) to solve the puzzles that come with a high-growth fintech.
