Job summary

SoFi is seeking a Stock Plan Administrator to advance our equity program beyond data entry, focusing on oversight, global scaling, and strategic compliance. You will drive the ESPP expansion, ensure flawless operations, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize mobility tax handling and ESPP education.

The role emphasizes automation, system integrations, and rigorous data integrity, with collaboration across Payroll, Tax, and Legal to support a high-growth fintech workforce.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Public Company Equity Administration.
• Experience with full-value awards (RSU & PSU) and ESPP lifecycles.
• Deep familiarity with Fidelity NetBenefits (SPS) and advanced Excel for modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own ESPP lifecycle from enrollment to expansion and reconciliations.
• Review and approve day-to-day operations for accuracy and compliance.
• Lead projects automating manual flows, system integrations, and SOP reductions.
• Operationalize mobility tax sourcing with People Team, Payroll, and vendors.
• Design and deliver educational campaigns about LTI and ESPP for employees.
