Job summary

Endeavor seeks a Summer Analyst to join the Entrepreneur Selection team, analyzing scale-up candidates and preparing in-depth profiles for finalists in Endeavor’s selection process.

You will work with a founder/CEO and global colleagues, contributing to ISPs and strategic projects, gaining exposure to diverse sectors and geographies.

This 10-week hybrid internship in New York pays New York State minimum wage for up to 40 hours per week, with program dates in 2027.

Qualifications

• Must be an undergraduate student; internship available only to undergraduate students.
• Rising university senior academic level (graduating Fall 2027 or Spring 2028).
• Proactive and collaborative mindset; able to seek guidance when needed in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. for 2027 year.

Responsibilities

• Execute on business analysis and profile development for at least one candidate at the ISP stage.
• Support ongoing strategic initiatives spanning team operations and global pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and support with monthly ISPs.
