Job summary

Endeavor Global, Inc. seeks an entry-level Analyst for its three-year Analyst Program in New York City.

You will work closely with founders, build expertise in global entrepreneurship, and engage with Endeavor’s worldwide networks to evaluate candidate businesses across fintech, AI, and B2B software sectors. Ideal candidates have a strong business intuition, excellent communication, and a readiness to learn in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Recent college graduate or 1–2 years' experience.
• Interest in entrepreneurship, emerging markets and venture capital.
• Experience in high-performance environments.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to automate processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis and profile development for candidates.
• Collaborate with worldwide teams and diligencing candidate businesses.
• Study global markets to build understanding of ecosystems.
• Improve ISP execution and maintain high-quality profiles.
• Support strategic initiatives spanning operations, product/tech, data.
