Qualifications

• Student Status: Current master’s students pursuing an MBA, MPP, MPA, or a master’s degree in economics, entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Areas of Focus: Strong academic record and interest in entrepreneurship, economic growth, emerging markets, or international development.
• Skills: Microsoft Excel (required). Experience with data collection and cleaning.
• Additional Qualifications: Strong writing, synthesis, and presentation skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks independently in a fast-paced hybrid environment.
• Work authorization: Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. for 2027 year.

Responsibilities

• Data collection and validation: Collect data on entrepreneurial companies and their founders.
• Data cleaning and analysis: Organize and clean data, run basic analyses, and create tables that help the team on MS Excel.
• Literature reviews and synthesis: Conduct targeted literature reviews and summarize key findings.
• Editing and proofreading: Support the publication process by proofreading drafts.
• Research communication and presentation: Synthesize research findings into clear presentations and present them to colleagues across Endeavor.
• Research operations and team support: Assist with communications and other departmental tasks as needed.
