Job summary

Endeavor invites a Summer Analyst candidate to join the Entrepreneur Selection team. You will analyze scale-up companies progressing through Endeavor’s selection process and build in-depth profiles on at least one finalist candidate, under direct mentorship.

You will collaborate with a founder/CEO and colleagues worldwide, supporting monthly International Selection Panels and contributing to strategic and operational projects within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Must be an undergraduate student eligible to work in the U.S.
• Rising university senior graduating Fall 2027 or Spring 2028
• Demonstrate a learning mindset and proactive communication with your manager
• Work well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Execute business analysis and profile development for at least one candidate at ISP stage
• Support ongoing strategic projects across global pipeline and selection teams
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and participate in ISP monthly panels
