Job summary

Endeavor is seeking an entry-level Analyst in New York City to join the Entrepreneur Selection team. You will conduct due diligence on a wide variety of companies progressing through the candidate pipeline and prepare in-depth written profiles on product, market, and growth strategy.

You will collaborate with founders and colleagues worldwide, work on strategic projects across AI, fintech, and software sectors, and participate in international selection panels, with travel opportunities in 2027.

Qualifications

• Interest in entrepreneurship, emerging markets, and/or venture capital.
• Experience leveraging AI to automate processes, analyze data, or build agents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis and profile development for candidates at ISP stage.
• Collaborate across Endeavor teams and with founders in the selection funnel.
• Study global markets and venture capital dynamics across 35+ markets.
