You will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and project leadership to align staffing with project milestones, navigate immigration requirements, and maintain audit-ready labor documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field.
• 7+ years in resource management, project operations, or global mobility on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and recruitment ramp-up for mega-projects with aggressive timelines.
• Oversee immigration, global mobility, visa and work-permit compliance for international teams.
• Ensure prevailing wage compliance and apprenticeship requirements across the program.
