Job summary

Radar Labs, a global geolocation leader, seeks an Engineering Manager to lead a distributed SRE team responsible for production infrastructure and high availability across regions. You will drive roadmaps, improve observability, and partner with product, data, and security engineers to scale services for 100s of millions of devices.

You’ll manage an AWS-based Terraform-driven stack on Kubernetes and MongoDB Atlas, participate in on-call rotations, and work with AI-assisted tooling while

Qualifications

• Experience leading a production AWS environment via Terraform.
• Experience with high availability multi-region production infrastructure on Kubernetes.
• Experience managing large sharded MongoDB clusters with heavy read-write workloads.
• Ability to mentor, manage, and grow a distributed SRE team.
• Experience at a high-growth startup and interacting with customers/prospects.

Responsibilities

• Manage, grow, and mentor a globally distributed SRE team.
• Be responsible for observability, monitoring, and incident management practices.
• Work on core infrastructure using Terraform on AWS via EKS.
• Collaborate with product, data, platform, and security teams to ensure reliable software.
• Champion automation and AI-assisted tooling in development workflows.
• Drive initiatives for availability, multi-region deployment, and cost optimization.
• Participate in on-call rotations and engage with Radar customers.
