Qualifications

• Experience in Air Freight Pricing, Air Freight Operations, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Procurement, or a similar commercial role.
• Good understanding of air freight products, airline pricing, routing, and market dynamics.
• Strong analytical and problem‑ solving skills.
• Ability to make sound commercial decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a commercially driven and analytical Global Spot Pricing Analyst to join our Air Freight team. Reporting to the Global Head of Customer Rate & Pricing based in Belgium, you will be responsible for delivering competitive and timely air freight pricing solutions that support customer growth and business profitability. Working closely with airlines, customers, sales teams, and operations, you will play a key role in securing and converting spot opportunities across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to air freight spot quote requests from customers and sales teams.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience in Air Freight Pricing, Air Freight Operations, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Procurement, or a similar commercial role.
• Good understanding of air freight products, airline pricing, routing, and market dynamics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make sound commercial decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Preferred

• Experience with spot quotations within freight forwarding or airlines.
• Knowledge of carrier management, procurement, or pricing processes.
• Experience working in an international or matrix organization.
• Familiarity with transportation management and pricing systems.
