Maersk is seeking a Global Spot Pricing Analyst (Air Freight) to lead pricing for spot opportunities in a fast-paced, international context. You will work with airline partners, customers, and sales teams to deliver competitive, timely pricing solutions that support growth and profitability.

You will leverage deep knowledge of air freight products and market dynamics to shape pricing strategies and drive cross-region collaboration within a global logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Experience in Air Freight Pricing, Air Freight Operations, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Procurement, or a similar commercial role.
• Good understanding of air freight products, airline pricing, routing, and market dynamics.
• Strong analytical and problem‑ solving skills.
• Ability to make sound commercial decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to air freight spot quote requests from customers and sales teams.
• Develop competitive pricing solutions aligned with commercial guidelines and market conditions.
• Collaborate with operations and gateway teams to design tailored solutions for strategic and complex opportunities.
• Support sales teams with pricing strategies that drive customer growth and profitability.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and customer-focused responses to pricing requests.
• Build strong relationships with airline partners and internal stakeholders across regions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of pricing processes and performance.
