Envista (Ormco) is seeking a Senior Product and Portfolio Manager to own the strategy, development, launch, and lifecycle of orthodontic solutions across fixed appliances, hybrid treatment, and clear aligners.

You will partner with the Business Unit Leader to drive growth, align stakeholders, and optimize revenue and NPVI while coordinating R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, Operations, Finance, and Global Marketing teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences)
• 5+ years global product management experience in medical devices/dental/orthodontics
• Proven commercial experience translating product strategy into market results
• Ownership of multi-product portfolio across strategy, prioritization, launch, and lifecycle
• Ability to lead initiatives and align stakeholders without direct authority
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

• Own global product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle plans
• Synthesize market, VoC, and regional needs into requirements
• Develop data-driven business cases and investment recommendations

• Define pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
• Support sales training and regional campaigns
• Build launch forecasts and monitor performance and NPVI
