Job summary

Loft is seeking a Supplier Program Manager in Golden, Colorado to own end-to-end supplier contract execution for space mission programs. You will coordinate with major bus manufacturers, optical payload suppliers, launch providers, and ground‑station vendors to drive contracts from evaluation through execution.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in sub-contract management, preferably in space industry.
• Experience procuring multi-million contracts.
• Hands-on contract lifecycle management: drafting, negotiating, executing SoW/MSA or milestone-based contracts.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills; ability to track multiple contracts.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in evaluation, negotiation and closure of sub-contracts with strategic suppliers across space, launch, and data services.
• Manage contract changes (waivers/deviations, addenda, exercised options) through the full lifecycle.
• Maintain auditable records compliant with company, contractual, and export control requirements.
• Review contracts to reflect technical, quality, and regulatory requirements; flag non-conformances.
