Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation in El Segundo, CA or Crystal City, VA seeks a Project Management Staff III – International Programs & Enterprise Architect Engineering to lead international programs with allied governments and industry partners.

You will manage project plans, track milestones, maintain metrics, ensure process compliance, and coordinate with management and technical teams; travel domestically and internationally; obtain a security clearance; and contribute to space systems architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and six+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with project management tools (Microsoft Office, SAP).
• Customer service orientation and ability to work in a dynamic team.
• Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US government security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Develop, administer, and coordinate technical project plans and tracking systems.
• Create, analyze, and evaluate project goals, objectives, and milestones.
• Institute and maintain project metrics and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with project processes and guidelines.
• Collaborate with management and technical teams; provide reports and analyses.
• Coordinate project communications, milestones, and achievements.
• Provide facility and event management assistance, including meetings and workshops.
• Remain flexible as duties may change.
