Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of progressive experience in program management.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-layered programs.
• Experience overseeing large contract teams (40+ personnel).
• Familiarity with U.S. military organizational structures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement program strategies supporting USSOCOM mission priorities.
• Manage allocation of personnel, funding, and technical resources.
• Support recruiting efforts and onboarding to ensure staffing levels.
• Deliver solutions in real-time for operational challenges.
