Job summary

Botrista is seeking a Global Sourcing Procurement Manager to optimize our end-to-end global supply chain across Asia, North America, and other markets. The role involves strategic sourcing, supplier management, and production planning with a focus on timely, efficient operations and strong cross-regional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, negotiate with suppliers, manage ERP systems, and coordinate with U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in global procurement, with at least 1 year in a managerial capacity.
• At least 1 year of experience managing U.S. and Asia supply chains, including supplier management and logistics coordination.
• Hands-on knowledge of syrup and puree development and mass production manufacturing, including bag-in-box packaging and design.
• Hands-on knowledge of ingredient application in beverage dispensing systems.
• Proven ability to work effectively across multiple time zones.
• Proven ability to manage cross-regional teams and complex international supply networks.
• Deep familiarity with ERP operations (NetSuite preferred) and systems optimization.
• Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Global Supply Chain Oversight across regions and functions.
• Develop global sourcing and inventory strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Coordinate with R&D, Quality, Finance, and Operations to support product development, manufacturing, and logistics.
• Lead global process improvement initiatives to eliminate bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Serve as the key point of contact between U.S. and Asia supply chain teams for timely communication and issue resolution.
