Job summary

Botrista is seeking a Global Sourcing Procurement Manager to optimize our end-to-end supply chain across Asia, North America, and other key markets. You will drive sourcing, procurement, production planning and logistics with internal and external stakeholders.

Lead supplier selection, contracts and production allocations across regions, while coordinating with R&D, Quality, Finance and Operations. Requires syrup and puree manufacturing knowledge and ERP experience (NetSuite preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3+ years global procurement; 1+ year in a managerial role.
• 1+ year experience US and Asia supply chains: supplier management and logistics.
• Hands-on syrup and puree development and mass production knowledge.
• Ingredient application in beverage dispensing systems.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin preferred.
• Experience with ERP like NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end global supply chain across Asia and North America.
• Coordinate US and Asia teams with leadership to meet demand.
• Develop global sourcing and inventory strategies aligned with objectives.
• Support global negotiations for cost-effective raw materials and packaging.
• Partner with vendors to ensure supply continuity, innovation, and quality.
• Approve supplier selections, contracts, and production allocations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, Finance, and Ops.
• Drive process improvements to eliminate bottlenecks and boost efficiency.
• Serve as the primary liaison between US and Asia supply chains.
