Job summary

Carlisle is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to support global procurement and commodity strategies, driving year-over-year cost reductions and supply chain improvements through Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) sourcing. You will analyze supplier capabilities, negotiate terms, and collaborate with engineering, operations and quality teams to deliver value.

Responsibilities include supporting new supplier development, supplier audits, and monitoring supplier performance while applying knowledge of ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• CPIM and/or equivalent professional certification will be an advantage.
• Travel Requirements – 10% domestic.

Responsibilities

• Part of the global sourcing team supporting procurement categories at global and regional level.
• Supports new supplier development and cost reduction projects across assigned categories.
• Executes sourcing processes, supplier strategies and risk mitigation.
• Maintains understanding of procurement markets, cost drivers and risk.
• Supports Strategic Sourcing Managers to source products/services, conduct supplier audits, negotiate terms, write contracts, and perform value analysis.
