Job summary

Pave Talent is recruiting for a senior procurement leader to build and oversee a strategic sourcing function for a growing high‑reliability manufacturer. You will manage a small team, expand supplier networks worldwide, and drive cost and delivery improvements while ensuring quality and risk controls.

Reporting to Manufacturing Operations, you’ll shape procurement strategy, partner with cross‑functional stakeholders, and push for resilient supply chains across regions including Mexico and India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, logistics, or supply chain.
• 8+ years in supply chain or procurement with broad exposure across the function.
• Experience in manufacturing, material flow, and improvement strategies.
• ERP experience across demand planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Experience running S&OP processes.
• Able to read technical drawings and discuss with engineering or manufacturing teams.
• Background in high‑reliability or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience expanding supplier relationships in Mexico, India, or other emerging regions.
• Background sourcing electronics or precision-fabricated components.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute the long‑term procurement strategy amid tariff shifts.
• Lead global sourcing diversification by developing new supplier regions.
• Negotiate with suppliers on cost, quality and delivery terms.
• Set standards and metrics for third‑party spend across the company.
• Run business reviews with key stakeholders to assess risk and opportunities.
• Partner with purchasing on demand and inventory management execution.
• Develop market intelligence on suppliers, regions, and solutions.
