Job summary

Standard Textile, based in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking an Assistant Sourcing Analyst to support Sourcing and R&D, manage development samples, documentation, and cross-functional projects.

You will collaborate with global supplier partners and internal teams across the US and international locations, ensuring efficient execution of sourcing and product development initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sample requests, shipments, and deliveries to support product development and prototyping activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and tracking systems for development samples.
• Partner with Sourcing and R&D teams to organize products and materials for laboratory and performance testing.
• Review, summarize, and distribute testing results and laboratory reports to project stakeholders.
• Support product development and sourcing initiatives by managing project timelines, documentation, and follow-up activities.
• Lead projects of varying complexity independently or in collaboration with Sourcing Analysts and cross-functional team members.
• Consolidate outbound shipments to maximize efficiency while monitoring delivery performance and shipment status.
• Coordinate with logistics providers and internal stakeholders to resolve customs clearance issues and shipment delays.
• Manage supplier documentation, onboarding activities, and new vendor setup processes.
• Assist with data collection, reporting, and analysis to support sourcing decisions and project tracking.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between domestic and international team members and supplier partners.

The hybrid schedule for this role includes in-office work on Tuesdays - Thursdays, and additional onsite days may be required during the training period. Associates are expected to be in the office during this time.
