Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience required.
• University degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Major in Business Administration and/or Supply Chain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Procure raw materials, coordinating with overseas vendors and suppliers.
• Manage supplier complaints, SQF requirements, new material vendor approvals, and ISO management.
• Source new materials and manage vendor documentation.
• Manage daily production schedules to meet kitchen demands.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders from issue to delivery.
• Verify invoices for PO-BL-Verification and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Identify production-line issues and report promptly.
• Drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain new material and vendor policies per SQF processes.
• Communicate delivery dates to vendors before PO submission.
• Inform field ops and project management of cost overruns or delays.
