Job summary

US Pharma Lab is seeking an Associate, Purchasing to secure timely procurement of materials and equipment across facilities. You will issue POs in ERP systems for raw materials, packaging, and consumables, collaborating with planning and the purchasing team to ensure PO accuracy.

The role emphasizes GMP compliance, safety, and cross‑functional coordination, with a focus on process improvement and data analysis in a lab/manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant supply chain or purchasing experience in pharma or nutraceutical.
• Bilingual Chinese or Hindi is a plus.
• ERP experience with Syspro or SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Issue Purchase orders in ERP for raw materials and packaging to vendors.
• Issue POs for consumables to support manufacturing, engineering, Lab and Warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, policies, SOPs at all times.
• Coordinate with planning team and Purchasing manager to confirm PO accuracy.
• Work safely to maintain an injury‑free and incident‑free workplace.
• Comply with safety and training requirements.
• Keep management informed of area activities and issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
