Qualifications

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to travel internationally and domestically as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategy based on product category needs.
• Drive Private Brand growth through collaboration with partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supply security.
• Manage vendor matrices and partnerships to optimize cost and value.
• Negotiate costs, oversee production and on-time shipments.
• Partner with Product Development to align roadmaps and innovation.
