Job summary

SLB New Energy & Industrial is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to execute sourcing activities for assigned material and service packages across projects. You will identify, evaluate, and select suppliers in line with SLB standards, manage RFQ processes, and coordinate bid activities.

You will maintain documentation, support award decisions, and help ensure timely procurement and logistics, with relocation to sites as required.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of sourcing, procurement, or coordination in large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of RFQ processes and supplier engagement.
• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of progressive sourcing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing for material and service packages.
• Issue RFQs, gather bids, and coordinate clarifications.
• Support evaluations, maintain bid trackers and documentation.
• Prepare recommendation-for-award packages for management.
• Track progress, identify risks, and report to the Sourcing Lead.
• Assist in supplier qualification and due diligence.
• Coordinate supplier communications and ensure compliance.
• Support audits and close-out documentation.
