Job summary

Masimo in Irvine, CA seeks a Strategic Sourcing Manager to develop and manage electrical commodity strategies, optimize cost, quality and supply continuity, and lead cross‑functional sourcing efforts. You will drive supplier development, risk mitigation and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and procurement teams to ensure materials flow efficiently to production and projects meet schedule and budget, while leveraging ERP systems

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic procurement and commodity management.
• Experience with electrical category strategies and vendor management.
• ERP/Agile experience and inventory control.
• Strong analytical skills with MS Access and SQL Server.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead global strategic commodity management for assigned categories.
• Develop and implement supplier development plans.
• Manage supplier performance and cost reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with site procurement teams and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
• Oversee risk management and recovery plans.
