Job summary

Masimo Corporation in Irvine, CA, seeks a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager, Indirect, to lead indirect spend strategy across Facilities, IT, HR, Marketing and Professional Services. This on-site role reports to the Director, Strategic Commodity Management within the Purchasing team.

You will drive the full sourcing lifecycle, negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, perform spend analyses and develop category strategies to optimize costs while ensuring regulatory alignment in life

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement within a highly regulated industry.
• Skilled in driving procurement-side transformation and operational alignment with executive-level influence.
• Strong ability to influence and manage relationships at the executive level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies for indirect spend across facilities, IT, HR, marketing and professional services.
• Lead the full sourcing lifecycle (RFI/RFQ/RFP), including contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
• Provide strategic direction and oversight to global transactional buyers managing indirect spend.
• Perform spend analysis to identify consolidation opportunities and standardize procurement protocols.
