Formlabs in Somerville, MA is seeking a Global Sourcing Intern for Winter/Spring 2027. You will work with suppliers to keep material pipelines flowing and help optimize costs and supply resilience across our global supply base.

This paid, full-time internship offers hands-on experience in procurement, market analysis, and supplier evaluation, with opportunities to collaborate across product and manufacturing teams on real-world projects.

Qualifications

• Technical or engineering background required.
• Willing to source and evaluate suppliers for cost, quality, and capacity.
• Ability to collaborate with in-person and remote teams.
• Leadership experience and exposure to project management.

Responsibilities

• Work with current and potential suppliers to keep material pipeline flowing.
• Develop strategies to optimize suppliers for cost, quality, and supply resilience.
• Assist in supply chain planning for future product rollout.
• Conduct market analysis to provide sourcing insights.
