Qualifications

• 8+ years in sourcing, manufacturing, procurement, or supply chain for consumer products.
• Experience managing domestic and international manufacturers and suppliers.
• Proven success negotiating costs and terms to improve COGS.

Responsibilities

• Own global sourcing and manufacturing strategy across product portfolio.
• Translate concepts into executable manufacturing plans with suppliers and geographies.
• Lead RFQs/RFPs, supplier selection, sampling, and negotiations.
• Create supplier scorecards and drive cost, lead times, and quality improvements.
• Partner with Technology and Finance to implement sourcing tools and systems.
