You will establish the global vision, operating model, and transformation roadmap, lead the India Sourcing team, and build a Global Sourcing Center of Excellence to elevate capabilities, data, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus.
• 15+ years of experience with increasing leadership responsibilities.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory/management position.
• Strong Strategic Sourcing and SRM skills.
• Financial modeling, data analysis, and problem solving.
• Experience negotiating complex contracts and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead global sourcing for Professional Services and Marketing with over $150M spend.
• Develop and execute global category strategies aligned to business priorities.
• Lead India Sourcing team with coaching, objectives, and career development.
• Negotiate best-in-class agreements using should-cost models and RFPs.
• Manage supplier performance via SLAs, KPI scorecards, and reviews.
• Establish a Global Sourcing Center of Excellence and a Playbook.
• Monitor risk and ensure supply continuity; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
