Job summary

Ingram Micro Inc. is seeking an Executive Director, Global Sourcing & COE (Finance) to lead global strategic sourcing for Professional Services and Marketing, and to build the India Sourcing organization within a Global Center of Excellence.

The role partners with senior leadership to shape the operating model, drive early savings, and deliver a clear roadmap for value creation across cost, quality, and risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Engineering, or Procurement)
• MBA is a plus
• 15+ years of leadership experience
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory/management role
• Strong strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management skills
• Experience negotiating complex contracts and partnerships
• Ability to track supplier performance and drive improvements
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Lead global sourcing for Professional Services and Marketing with $150M+ annual spend
• Develop and execute global category strategies
• Lead sourcing initiatives and negotiate best-in-class agreements
• Manage supplier performance via SLAs, KPI scorecards, and reviews
• Build strategic supplier relationships with internal stakeholders
• Monitor and mitigate supply risk and pricing pressures
• Lead the India Sourcing team and ensure alignment with global strategy
• Develop a Global Sourcing Center of Excellence, tools, data, and reports
• Create and maintain a Global Sourcing Playbook and standard processes
