Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of contact center commodity landscape and dynamics to inform procurement strategy.
• Perform supplier financial research, spend analysis, and ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic deals.
• Negotiate optimal terms with suppliers, including direct/indirect labor and SG&A considerations.
• Collaborate across the client organization to ensure business objectives are met and communicate findings to leaders.
• Optimize supply chain performance through cost and capacity scenario analysis and benchmarking.
• Provide program management support and help develop processes, templates, and reporting.
