Job summary

Talentify is recruiting a Business Analyst III for a Sunnyvale, CA, hybrid role. The position focuses on supplier relations, spend analysis, and procurement strategy within a consumer products/software services client.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify risks, analyze data, and drive cost improvements. The role requires strong negotiation, analytical thinking, and exceptional communication to influence stakeholders and manage end-to-end contract discussions.

Responsibilities

• Develop a nuanced understanding of the contact center landscape and changes in buyer/supplier power to drive client advantage.
• Conduct supplier financial research, spend analysis, and ad-hoc financial analyses for procurement deals.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers, understanding direct/indirect labor, overhead, and SG&A components.
• Collaborate across the organization to meet business objectives and communicate findings to leaders.
• Perform cost and capacity scenario analysis to optimize supply chain performance.
• Provide program management support and help develop processes, templates, and reporting.
