Formación

• BS/BA or equivalent work experience required.
• 2+ years merchandising experience in buying, sourcing, or product development.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Develop category sourcing strategies with Category Teams.
• Create objective worksheets for programs and items for global sourcing.
• Define program elements including price targets and product specs.
• Coordinate and communicate item/program details to Suppliers.
• Identify opportunity buys with Suppliers.
• Support education and development for Category Team and Supplier teams.
• Ensure timely deliveries through order/documentation processes.
• Collaborate with QA, Private Label, and Import Logistics to meet guidelines.
