Responsibilities

• Assist with merchandising business processes for all channels, including assortment development and executing merchandising strategy.
• Develop Category Strategy & Product Development input.
• Create and approve plan-o-guides, display guides, flow guides, and planners for the Category.
• Provide input to Weekly Business Reviews and Monthly P&L for the Category.
• Evaluate vendor performance and support vendor meetings and cost negotiations.
